One of the biggest complaints we hear about the Impreza’s handling is the excessive body roll and vagueness in the suspension. To help improve this without sacrificing ride quality, we offer our Stage 1 Handling Package.
Eliminating body roll without upsetting ride comfort or balance is done by carefully matching high quality components designed specifically for the Impreza. Improving chassis rigidity helps your suspension work better and reduces any dynamic alignment effects that can reduce your handling
capability. To do this, we utilize strut tower braces (rear only on 2002-newer vehicles) which virtually eliminate chassis flex. Next, we improve the Impreza's balance by using an adjustable rear sway which helps to reduce understeer without upsetting the ride quality.
The resulting handling quality is rewarding, without altering the character of your Impreza.
